Franz Liszt

from the "Concise History of Western Music, Third Edition" by Barbara Russano Hanning. I'd footnote it, but I don't think Blogspot does footnotes.

"Franz Liszt in a portrait by Henri Charles Lehmann, painted in 1838. Note how Liszt's long, tapered fngers are highlighted against his black sleeve. Musee Carnavalet, Paris."

yeahhhhh. Long tapered fingers. Liszt, baby.
